HOW TO PAINT YOUR NAILS IN THE SAME COLOR WITH YOUR CLOTH

Beauty makes people notice you  but style gives you recognition and makes you stand out from the crowd. Create your own unique style by following these steps. 

Step 1

Follow procedures on Basic maicure for your finger nails and Basic pedicure for toe nails.

The procedures include

How to remove old nail polish. 

How to shape your nails

How to remove the cuticles etc.

Step 2

Paint the nails in the background color of the cloth.

Step 3

 Add to the nails the color of the most noticeable design of the  cloth. The colour in this case is black so use black polish to wipe the around the nails and mostly the tip of the nail.

                               Step 4
Repeat step 3 using with gold metallic.

       
                           Step 5
Add more of the black to the base of the nails.

Step 6
Round off with glossy top coat.

Paint the nails the background color of the cloth.

Paint the tip of the nails  in the color of the most noticeable design of the cloth.

Add to the  tip of nails the second most noticeable color which is brown in  this regard.

Repeat the last step here but with the color of the cloth's background.

Finally apply top coat for cool effect.

from the natural nails.
 

NAIL GEL POLISH

Harmful ingredients of Nail Gel Polish and  their solutions.

METHYL ACRYLATE

According to the Doctors,  some  Nail Gel  Polishes contain some chemicals that are harmful to the skin. Gel nail polish, though not all but some of them contain Methyl   Acrylate   which causes Contact Dermatitis

Contact dermatitis is an allergic skin reaction that occurs as a rash when the chemical comes in contact with the skin. The rash appears itchy, bumpy and reddish. It may spread to the eyes as we always touch the eyes  When  such  an adverse reaction occurs ,it is better to remove the polish and treat the skin with a Cortisone cream. The Cortisone cream will clear the rashes according to my doctor. This is not a suggested solution to you. You can contact your doctor for a prescription

Butylated Hydroxyanisol (BHA)

Another harmful ingredient some of Nail  Gel  Polish is Butylated Hydroxyanisol (BHA). According to the doctors,Butylated Hydroxyanisol is a cancer-causing agent though study has not revealed the exact amount of exposure to this chemical that would cause someone to develop cancer. It is better to check the chemical content of a nail gel polish before you use.

There are some nail gel polishes that do not contain Butylated Hydroxyanisol (BHA)

ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT(UV)

Ultraviolet light is used to cure or set Gel nails. In accordance with doctors' comment on Ultraviolet light and  gel nails,Ultraviolet light causes wrinkles and skin cancer. If when you have a manicure you expose yourself to the ultraviolet rays of the sun for four to eight minutes every two weeks you increase your chances of  developing skin cancer. 

Application of SPF 30 or higher sunscreen to your hands and fingers after washing you hands midway through manicure will help prevent skin cancer.

Ultraviolet light separates the nail plate from the bed thereby causing a gap that gives room for the growth of bacteria and yeast. So it is better to adopt the use of Light Emitting Diode (LED).

The use of Lead Emitting Diode (LED) instead of  Ultraviolet light (UV) is  another alternative and it is available in some salon.
